I support the Community team at Hampton, a private network designed for high-growth founders, by executing exceptional worldwide retreats. My role encompasses overseeing retreat brand identity, designing custom merchandise, and collaborating with a diverse range of vendors, including hotels, transportation providers, and luxury service partners. I also travel to each retreat, providing on-site support to ensure seamless execution and creating an unforgettable experience for our members.
