NBC News Learn Presents: Education Now

I worked as a Production Assistant on NBC News Learn Presents: *Education Now* in Detroit and Houston, where I managed the invite list and conducted outreach by cold-calling local agencies and community partners to maximize attendance and engagement.

On-site, I collaborated closely with our host, Rehema Ellis, to support a seamless production while serving as a liaison between the crew and design team to ensure all assets were delivered and aligned with project needs. Additionally, I trained and oversaw check-in staff to streamline attendee registration and personally engaged with members of the press, providing information and addressing inquiries to maintain strong media relations.

These events were live-streamed on our local NBC affiliate stations.
