Eastwood is a country-themed bar in Los Angeles, where I lead all special projects aimed at enhancing the guest experience. I strategize, implement, and maintain initiatives to attract our target audience and grow our customer base, including coordinating events and large party bookings while supporting community programs.  


I focus on driving operational enhancements that improve the experience for both guests and staff. On the marketing side, I lead promotional efforts by strengthening our online presence through collaborations with influencers, managing social media accounts, and overseeing website content and restaurant review platforms. I also manage the budget for paid advertising on platforms such as Instagram, Google, and others. 


Additionally, I handle creative responsibilities such as photography, videography, photo booth design, and menu production.

I led end-to-end production management across live events and experiential projects, owning everything from pre-production planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap. My scope included budget forecasting and real-time cost tracking, site selection, vendor sourcing, staffing, timelines, creative development, and presentation building, ensuring every detail was aligned, efficient, and executed at a high standard.


As a client-facing producer, I managed communications, guided third-party vendors, and led onsite teams while maintaining a strong nationwide network of partners for fast turnarounds and scalable execution. I collaborated closely with internal teams and leadership to build project management tools, contribute creative solutions, and support go-to-market strategies, balancing operational rigor with thoughtful, people-first experiences.

I supported the Community team at Hampton, a private network for high growth founders, by executing immersive, world class retreats across the globe. I played a key role in shaping each retreat’s brand identity, designing custom merchandise, and translating Hampton’s community ethos into thoughtful, cohesive experiences that felt both elevated and personal.

My work required close collaboration with a wide range of partners including hotels, transportation providers, and luxury service vendors. I managed logistics, timelines, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution. I traveled to each retreat to provide on site production support, overseeing vendors, solving issues in real time, and ensuring every detail aligned with the intended experience. The result was a seamless, high touch environment that allowed members to fully connect, engage, and feel genuinely taken care of.

I developed and oversaw the event strategy by conceptualizing, planning, and executing events from inception to completion. Responsibilities included managing budgets, leading marketing efforts, fostering vendor and partnership relationships, coordinating design elements, and ensuring seamless event delivery.

I led the production of the Malibu Barbie Cafe at Bucket Listers, overseeing creative, marketing, and operational execution across the experience. I developed experience pages that combined compelling copy with engaging visuals, ensuring clear communication while maintaining brand integrity.


I oversaw all graphic design deliverables including key art, menus, marketing materials, and on site prints. I also managed the social media content strategy by approving copy and designs, building content calendars, and securing client approvals, while actively engaging with the audience through comments and direct messages.


In addition, I curated the custom merchandise line in close collaboration with designers and managed inventory to support smooth daily operations. I partnered closely with the marketing lead to direct creative and copy across email, paid media, billboards, and physical advertising, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels.

In 2023, The Family Guy Experience debuted in Los Angeles, followed by its expansion to Houston in 2024. I played a key role in bringing this immersive activation to life by overseeing the vectorization and production readiness of all art files, ensuring every asset met technical requirements while remaining fully aligned with the creative direction set by the Disney team.


Beyond creative execution, I led the development of a custom merchandise line designed specifically for the experience. This included managing Disney’s rigorous approval process, sourcing and coordinating with a trusted production vendor, and overseeing timelines to ensure on time delivery. I also implemented a streamlined inventory management system to support daily operations and scalability across markets. Together, these efforts helped deliver a polished, on brand experience that balanced creative integrity with operational efficiency and commercial success.

THE GOLDEN GIRLS KITCHEN

The Golden Girls Kitchen launched in Los Angeles prior to my involvement with the team. In 2022, I supported the brand’s expansion into New York City and San Francisco, followed by continued growth in 2023 with new locations in Chicago and Miami.


In addition to overseeing creative production, marketing, content, and social media, I led the sourcing, contracting, and direction of drag performers for a weekly drag brunch series. 


This program became a signature component of the experience, driving repeat attendance and delivering a high energy, memorable offering that aligned with the brand’s playful spirit.

FORBES

The 2021 Under 30 Summit was a large scale hybrid event that brought together thousands of attendees both in person and online. I played a key role in managing event production, coordinating sponsorships, and supporting talent needs, while overseeing the graphic design team to ensure consistency and quality across all digital and printed materials.


Prior to my departure in 2022, I also contributed to the early planning of the following year’s summit, supporting production strategy, vendor coordination, and initial design development. This work helped establish a strong operational and creative foundation for the event’s continued growth and success.

BLOCKBUSTER BAR

BLOCKBUSTER BAR

My first project with Bucket Listers was the Blockbuster Bar on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. I developed the concept from the ground up, overseeing all aspects of execution including production requirements, spatial and graphic design, partner relationships, social media, special events, and the creation of a custom menu.


The bar was intentionally designed to tap into collective nostalgia, transporting guests back to the golden era of video rentals. Shelves of VHS tapes doubled as menus, while curated movie posters and memorabilia filled the space. Every detail was crafted to spark recognition, emotional connection, and a sense of shared memory that encouraged guests to linger, explore, and engage.
